Learning Service

CCIL hosts an award winning Learning Service, which enables employers from Cheshire West & Chester who manage their own care; to access free, independent, tailor-made learning and development opportunities for themselves and their Personal Assistants (PAs).

Learning and development opportunities can be accessed in the following ways:

  • Learning/training delivered in the employer’s home (workplace).
  • Venue based learning/training.
  • E-Learning/distance learning.
  • A suite of mini-modules developed by Cheshire West & Chester Council
