Learning Service
CCIL hosts an award winning Learning Service, which enables employers from Cheshire West & Chester who manage their own care; to access free, independent, tailor-made learning and development opportunities for themselves and their Personal Assistants (PAs).
Learning and development opportunities can be accessed in the following ways:
- Learning/training delivered in the employer’s home (workplace).
- Venue based learning/training.
- E-Learning/distance learning.
- A suite of mini-modules developed by Cheshire West & Chester Council
Learning Service for Employers
The Learning Service gives employers choice and control over how they access leadership & management training for themselves as an individual employer of PAs. Learning topics are split into 3 headings;
