Volunteer Needed

Currently looking for a volunteer to support a young man to access a model train engineering group in Northwich. The group takes place on a Sunday afternoon from 12 – 4pm, although the hours can be looked at. This is a short term role, with the overall aim being the young man will be able to eventually attend independently.

We also looking for temporary 1:1 support for a young man in Northwich to attend Cubs, this position is 6.30 – 8.00pm on a Tuesday in Northwich. Volunteers to support disabled children and young people attend the Buzz Youth Activity Group

Our youth  activity group is for disabled young people aged 8-18. The group provides exciting and engaging weekly activity sessions and activity days during the school holidays (excluding Christmas). We are looking for volunteers to support the Group Leader by providing support and encouragement to disabled young people and engaging them in a variety of exciting leisure activities whilst attending the Buzz Youth Group. Example activities include: cookery nights, arts and crafts activities, bowling, woodwork, meals out, cinema trips, pamper days, football skills, beach picnics, chill factor visits, Alton Towers visits and much more! Volunteers need to be enthusiastic, non judgemental and be willing to learn new skills and meet new people. Volunteers do not need any qualifications but be willing to participate in training.
